Rustic Paint Colors – One of my favorite themes for boys’ rooms is the theme of children’s bedrooms with log cabins. This was my son’s choice, Dakota, and we had fun getting a “cottage” look for his room. What I like most about it, is that it is suitable for boys, but works well for older boys. There is plenty of room for creativity with a rustic style theme room. Many boys love camping, going hiking, fishing and exploring the outdoors. The room can be made to feel like your child is having a wilderness adventure every night. Some design tips and suggestions are as follows.
One of them is using rustic paint colors. There are so many choices for beds that fit a rough look, like a comforter set that features bears, deer, deer, deer and camping views. Log cabin blankets are another option, and there are many rustic cabin and rustic blanket themes available. Plaid denim or flannel motif sheets for linen and linen can also be used. The woven fabric itself in ticking lines also functions. For my child’s room, we use solidly printed earth tone comforters, beautiful rustic blankets with deer in autumn scenes, and a variety of throwing pillows with wildlife prints and Navaho.
Rough wooden beds, heavy wooden bed frames or handmade beds that is best for rural bedroom themes. Walls can be painted with earth tones, such as chocolate, rust, copper, or warm brown. The green red and hunter scheme contrasts sharply with the wood color. Choose colors from the bed if possible, or free contrast colors. Border wallpaper is available with everything from bears, deer, deer, campsites, snow boots, forests and trees, and trout.
A stone fireplace that rises along one wall, creating a comfortable feeling. Fake stones can also be bought. Wall art can be purchased with wild, animal, forest, etc. Photos can be cut from books or magazines, framed, and hung on walls, or grouped together in groups on dressers and bookshelves. We use fingerprints by Doolittle Bev for my child’s room, because we both love colors and scenery. Stock photos can be purchased online from bears, deer, and deer, at minimal prices. They can be printed and framed. A rough frame can be made by hand. Small tree branches can be used as curtain rods. Those are some things about rustic paint colors.
